About the role

You'll lead assessment design & delivery, standardize assessors, approve centers, and drive continuous improvement across a growing network.

What you'll do

  • Design, validate, and update assessment tools for vocational pathways.
  • Plan & run exam cycles; ensure integrity, moderation, and fair outcomes.
  • Train/standardize assessors; conduct internal verification & sampling.
  • Perform center approval & quality audits; implement corrective actions.
  • Track results/RAG reports and lead improvement plans with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with awarding-body partners for compliance and new launches.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree;
    5–7 years
    in TVET qualifications/assessment.
  • Hands-on with
    City & Guilds/NQF
    mapping, IV/moderation, and center approvals.
  • Strong Arabic & English; excellent reporting and field execution.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Cairo, Minya, and Luxor.
