What Success Looks Like :-

Success in this role means consistently delivering thorough and accurate credit evaluations that enable the business to make confident, risk-aware lending decisions. You will be expected to analyze complex financial data, identify red flags early, and provide clear, well-documented recommendations that align with our credit policies. A high-performing Credit Assessment Officer will ensure zero delays in processing, maintain 100% compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, and proactively flag emerging risk trends. Your ability to combine analytical depth with sound judgement will directly contribute to reducing credit losses and maintaining a healthy portfolio.

Job Requirements:-

* University degree in Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Commerce, or a related field .

* 1-3 years of hands-on experience in risk assessment, credit underwriting, or credit risk analysis within the financial industry.

* Intermediate proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess financial data accurately.

* Basic understanding of credit risk assessment principles, financial statement analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
