Job Objective:

Responsible for ensuring a detailed, compliant, and effective process for assessing customer credit applications, mitigating risk, and upholding the integrity of the credit approval procedure.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate credit applications and perform detailed credit assessments.
  • Basic understanding of credit assessment and regulatory requirements.
  • Receive files and review customer documents to ensure the accuracy of data and signatures.
  • Review and analyze customer documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct financial and credit inquiries, including negative checks, IScore, and blacklist reviews.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are gathered, verified, and stored in line with company credit policies.
  • Identify and escalate any questionable or incomplete requests to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant credit processing.
  • Maintain records of all credit assessments and outcomes within internal systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • 1–2 years
    of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry regulations.
