Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Supervisor, located in Nasr City ,Cairo. The Training Supervisor will oversee the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring consistent and effective employee development. Responsibilities include supervising training sessions, assessing training needs, coaching team members, and ensuring the alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals. The Training Supervisor will also work closely with relevant departments to improve performance and enhance customer service outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and oversee training programs
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with employees at all levels and convey information clearly
  • Expertise in Training & Development, including assessing needs and designing programs
  • Training experience to ensure frontline staff development and improved service outcomes
  • Experience in training and testing trainers and conducting educational presentations for them.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adjust to organizational needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in training or management are a Must
