Responsibilities

  • The Agri SRM / RM Expert had a huge knowledge and network within the Agri Egyptian Ecosystem, main actors, market challenges and opportunities, specific risk to be assessed.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers and introduce new prospects
  • Achieve assigned budget.
  • Daily account management and handling customer request and needs
  • Monitor client's daily transactions and handle compliance requirements
  • Managing, developing the partnerships with Association of producer or big actors in the market
  • Maintaining a market knowledge on main Actors and Bank competitors
  • Proposing action needed to grow CA customers base and CA image on the market

Credit write up & assessment

  • Write up- the credit application, carefully analyze client financial statements, structure credit facilities & mitigate risks adding the market expertise (cycle, seasonality, …)
  • Present and defend Credit proposal to the Credit Assessment team prior to the Credit Committee
  • Ensure proper maintenance and timely renewal of existing client facilities
  • Comply with CAE policies & procedures

Qualifications

  • Agriculture / Knowledge is a must
  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting/ Finance
  • Credit Course/ CFA
  • 5 years of Experience in SME's or or Agri business
