Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will oversee the creation, implementation, and management of customer relationship strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, developing tailored marketing campaigns, managing customer segmentation, collaborating with sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and engagement, and ensuring successful project delivery to enhance customer loyalty and overall experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Proven experience in sales and market segmentation strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Proficiency in project management to oversee the successful execution of CRM initiatives and campaigns.
- Experience with CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
