Duties & Responsibilities:

Personnel:

  • Monitor attendance, track absences, and calculate deductions for unpaid leave.
  • Manage annual leave, sick leave, and other leave balances in compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, onboarding new hires, and processing employee resignations or terminations.
  • Ensure proper handover and final settlement processes for departing employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized personnel files for all employees, including contracts, attendance records, and leave balances.
  • Manage the medical insurance process, including handling requests and preparing related reports.

Payroll:

  • Accurately calculate and process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits in compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employees' salaries and deductions in the payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with social insurance regulations and tax laws (e.g., income tax, stamp tax).
  • Submit required payments
  • Perform monthly payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and auditors.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems with new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits adjustments.
  • Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the company's partnered banks to streamline the account-opening process for new employees.
  • Follow up with the bank to ensure timely account activation.
  • Address any issues or delays in the account opening process.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Payroll and Personnel Specialist, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • HR Diploma or a relevant certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications, with excellent proficiency in 
    Excel
    .
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
