Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Operation Specialist, located in Cairo. The HR and Operation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions, implementing HR policies, and managing employee benefits and personnel administration. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining compliance with regulations, handling employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and contributing to operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks relevant to human resources operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Broad understanding of Egyptian labor law and regulations (preferred)
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
