Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role in Ad-Dokki for a
Senior HR Personnel – Saudi Labor Law & Social Insurance
. The selected candidate will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. They will oversee training and development programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Additionally, the Senior HR Personnel will work closely with departmental heads to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Handle all personnel functions including contracts, files, and HR documentation
. - Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, recruitment, and operations teams in Egypt & KSA
- Manage GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) registration, updates, and employee status changes.
- Manage attendance, vacations, penalties, and disciplinary actions
. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR-related certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
