Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Personnel Specialist located in Qesm El Obour. In this role, the HR Personnel Specialist will handle HR operations, assist in managing HR policies and procedures, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and participate in employee training and development programs. The role includes maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing effective communication between employees and management. Collaboration with internal teams to improve HR practices and employee engagement will also be a core responsibility.

Job description:

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll processing.
  • Manage all Social Insurance documentation and processes, specifically forms 1, 2, and Form 6 .
  • Handle and maintain the Governmental Healthcare Form 111.
  • Serve as the key liaison with relevant governmental authorities, including:
  • The Labor Office
  • The Social Insurance Authority
  • Manage and process all employee termination and suspension procedures (e.g., resignations, end-of-contract, disciplinary suspensions, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR, personnel management, or a similar role
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office skills).
  • Eager to learn and highly committed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws.
