Afro Egypt is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Senior HR Personnel Specialist
to manage all personnel and social insurance operations — ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law and smooth HR processes across the company.

This role requires a proactive HR professional who can handle documentation, employee support, and government office coordination with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new employees in the social insurance system and remove separated employees within legal timelines.
  • Prepare and submit monthly social insurance reports to relevant authorities.
  • Update employee data in social insurance records (salary updates, job title changes, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and complete personnel and social insurance files.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding rights, benefits, and regulations.
  • Liaise with social insurance and labor offices to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and social insurance laws as well as company policies.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and contributions.
  • Manage attendance, leave balances, and overtime records.
  • Prepare HR letters, forms, and official documentation.
  • Handle medical insurance administration and employee benefits.
  • Support HR audits and personnel documentation reviews when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Personnel and Social Insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
  • Willingness to visit social insurance and labor offices as required.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office (experience with HR systems is a plus).
