Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager in the BPO industry, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality assurance, and optimizing processes to meet client goals. This role will also involve developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing daily operations and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Quality assurance and strategic planning capabilities
  • Budget management and cost control experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
