Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Leader based in Cairo. The Operations Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team performance, coordinating workflows, analyzing processes, and implementing operational strategies. The role requires strong leadership to manage and motivate teams, as well as effective communication to liaise with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess data to optimize processes
  • Experience in Operations Management, including workflow coordination and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in People Management, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with teams and clients
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
