MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

  • Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage information technology and computer systems
  • Implement and Manage the HQ& Project IT Implementation, Procurement, Mobilization & demobilization plan.
  • Plan, organize, control, govern, and evaluate PROJECT IT and electronic data operations
  • Manage PROJECT/s IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
  • Manage the procurement of the software purchase from a technical perspective
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Manage the IT procurement internal cycle.
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
  • Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the safety standards and comply with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment Management System Requirements.
  • Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the company's social management system policy by following and reporting any deviated cases against the PSP IMS policy.
  • Take his own responsibility to comply with the social accountability requirements according to the SA8000 standard.
  • Cooperate with the SP team for any further communication to improve and enhance the level of implementation and compliance with the company's social management system.

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL QUALIFICATION

Basic Requirements:

Qualification:

  • BSC in Computer Science or MIS, or similar certificates.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data Centre management and data governance
  • Ability to manage personnel and experience to manage a team of more than 20 persons
  • Experience in managing IT budgets
  • Proven Experience in managing personnel to achieve projects and achieve the company objectives

Related Field Experience:

  • More than 10-20 years of experience, 5 of them in managing IT environments, including the following areas: network, security, voice, systems and data center, application development, and project management.
