Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and optimize day-to-day company operations, coordinate between teams to ensure operational effectiveness, and monitor the execution of standard operating procedures. They will analyze performance data for process improvements, collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic goals, lead cross-functional projects, and manage resource allocation.

  • Proven skills in Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Resource Coordination
  • Strong expertise in Data Analysis and Performance Tracking
  • Capability in Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management
  • Proficiency in relevant tools or software related to operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the financial or investment services sector is highly desirable
