We're looking for a highly organized
Operations Executive
with a
strong background in Marketing Agencies
to ensure smooth workflow, client satisfaction, and efficient coordination across teams.


Important Notes for This Vacancy:


Marketing background is a MUST
(previous experience in a Marketing company or agency).


Fluent English
is required.


Key Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.


• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding tasks, updates, and service-related inquiries.


• Receive new requests or project needs from clients and communicate them with internal teams (Recruitment / Marketing / Operations).


• Follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.


• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and performance.


• Monitor the performance and attendance of outsourced staff and ensure they meet expectations.


• Handle reports, documentation, and basic financial updates relevant to operational processes (new joiners, exits, attendance, bonuses).


• Support cross-functional coordination between IT, marketing, and operational teams.


• Measure client satisfaction through surveys or periodic reviews.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• Minimum
2 years of experience
in operations, HR, or client relations.


•
Experience in a Marketing company
is required.


•
Fluent English
is a must.


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
