Responsibilities & Duties:

·
   Manage Recruitment Cycle from understanding job requirements, Job description, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to finalizing offers.

إدارة دورة التوظيف بدءًا من تحديد الاحتياجات الوظيفية  والوصف الوظيفي  وحتى توقيع عرض العمل النهائي.

·       Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and design recruitment strategies.

التعاون مع مديري الإدارات لتحديد المتطلبات الوظيفية ووضع خطط واستراتيجيات التوظيف المناسبة

·       Develop and Maintain Talent Pipelines to fill positions.

بناء قاعدة بيانات للمرشحين وتحديثها بشكل مستمر للمناصب.

·       Source Candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

البحث عن المرشحين من خلال قنوات مختلفة (مواقع التوظيف، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، الشبكات المهنية، الترشيحات الداخلية)

·       Conduct Screening and Interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

إجراء المقابلات الأولية وتقييم المرشحين من حيث المؤهلات والخبرة ومدى الملاءمة الثقافية

·       Coordinate with Department Heads for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection decisions.

تنسيق مواعيد المقابلات مع الإدارات المعنية وجمع الملاحظات حول المرشحين

·       Prepare monthly recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.

إعداد تقارير ولوحات متابعة شهرية للتوظيف لمراجعة الإدارة

·      Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

متابعة آخر مستجدات السوق، ومعدلات الرواتب، وأفضل الممارسات في استقطاب المواهب

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of
2–4 years
of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition .

White Collars , Blue collare , Tech & Non tech Positions .

1-Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and employment law.

  • معرفة جيدة بأساليب واستراتيجيات التوظيف المختلفة.

2- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التفاوض والإقناع.

3-Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.

  • القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة ضمن مهل زمنية محددة.

4-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

5-Fluent in English.
