Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Agent located in El Obour. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, providing excellent customer service, managing phone etiquette, and performing receptionist duties. The agent will also ensure accurate documentation and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Reservations management skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities and Communication skills
  • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in El Obour
  • Previous experience in customer service or reservation management is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous
