Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent role located in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include managing reservations, organizing travel arrangements such as flights and accommodations, coordinating car rentals, and assisting with client inquiries. The Travel Agent will also provide excellent customer service by ensuring smooth travel operations and helping clients plan and book personalized travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle client inquiries effectively
  • Familiarity with Car Rentals and transportation coordination
  • Experience in Sales and identifying opportunities to meet clients' travel needs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge of Egyptian tourism is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant travel booking software is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
