Kingdom travel services (KTS international) is now hiring:

Travel Consultant (Operational Side).

Overview:

Managing logistics for VIP clients to providing exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual to contribute to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our company's success.

Duties and Tasks:

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for incoming and outgoing.

Receive and process customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.

Follow up with suppliers and agents to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing services to ensure accuracy.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Job Requirements:

All Candidates must speak English Fluently.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business administration, or related field

Proven experience as an operations agent or relevant role

Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions

Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A strong mindset with attention to detail

Outstanding organizational skills.

Work conditions and packaging:

8 h per day from 10am to 6pm (and maybe rotational based on the team)

2 days off.

Location: New Nozha - Joseph Titto.

Salary pacakage: 9K:10K (fixed net)

Private medical insurance + life Insurance high category.
