About the Role

Respect Tours is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Ticketing Agent to join our travel operations team. In this role, you'll assist customers with flight bookings, handle reservations, issue tickets using professional systems like Amadeus and NDC, and ensure each traveler enjoys a smooth and stress-free journey.

What You'll Do

  • Issue and manage flight tickets accurately using Amadeus/NDC

  • Modify and confirm reservations (including seating, baggage, and special services)

  • Provide travel advice and customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and email

  • Process payments, refunds, and ticket changes

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies

  • Collaborate with the tours and operations teams to support clients end-to-end

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a ticketing/reservations role (travel agency or airline)

Strong command of Amadeus / NDC systems

High attention to detail & ability to multitask

Excellent communication in English and Arabic

Strong customer service mindset

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
