Horeca Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting products or driving sales.
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Provide customer feedback to ETTC Management.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
Comprehensive preparation of contract negotiations (incl. quotations)
Negotiating contracts with high potential / high volume Retail shops
Objective (KPI):
Conduct 4-5 Sales Calls a day.
Signing Contracts with min of 5 Retail shops monthly
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales (Horeca or B2B ).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven personality.
