Account Manager
to join our dynamic team on-site in
6th of October, Giza Governorate
.

You must have fluency in English and experience using microsoft excel.

Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, optimizing account performance, and ensuring that customers gain maximum value from our service and products.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, working closely with sales, planning, production, warehouses & quality teams to deliver a seamless and satisfying client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage
    account setup
    ,
    pricing plans
    ,
    renewals
    , and
    upselling opportunities, customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (
    sales, planning, production, warehouses & quality
    ) to resolve customer challenges and enhance service delivery.
  • Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement and ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience
    in
    Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in
    English & Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferably based in
    Sixth of October/ Giza.
