G Developments is seeking a Accounts Payable Accountant.

The role focuses on managing and processing all accounts payable transactions while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. The Payable Accountant will work closely with vendors, internal departments, and the finance team to support smooth financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoice accuracy, proper approval, and compliance with financial policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment batches and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor aging reports and maintain updated payable records.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams regarding invoices and accruals.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain accurate records using Oracle or SAP systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the real estate or development industry.
  • Strong experience using
    Oracle
    or
    SAP
    is required.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and vendor management.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.

Location:
El Agouza

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days:
Sunday to Thursday
