Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven
Line Manager
to lead our operations in Egypt

The Line Manager will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, monitoring field performance, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring proper territory coverage, building strong relationships with key doctors and pharmacies, implementing marketing plans, and driving business growth within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead & support the medical reps team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Conduct field visits to monitor performance and provide on-field coaching.

  • Develop sales plans and ensure proper territory coverage and execution.

  • Train and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

  • Monitor market trends & competitors and share valuable insights with management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical promotion standards.

  • Build strong relationships with key doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.

-Prepare weekly/monthly reports and follow up on KPIs and business objectives.

  • Support recruitment & onboarding for new team members.

  • Motivate the team and maintain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Owns a car is a must
