Role Overview:

We are seeking
highly motivated Product Managers – Lines (Gyn – IM – Derma)
to join our dynamic team.

This is a
full-time, on-site role
, where you will be responsible for managing assigned product portfolios, developing and executing strategies to drive growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the company's objectives in the pharmaceutical market..

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to manage the lifecycle of assigned products from concept to market launch.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure business alignment and successful product execution.


• Provide continuous training and support to the field force to ensure proper product positioning and communication.


• Prepare and implement marketing plans to maximize the potential of each product line.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine (MBA is a plus).


• 1–2 years of experience in product management.


• Residency in Cairo or Giza.


• Car ownership is required.


• Experience in the Gynecology, Dermatology, or Internal Medicine market is a strong plus.


• Strong skills in presentation, communication, and project management.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


• Strong command of the English language.
