Role Description

This full-time Line Manager role is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and leading teams to ensure seamless workflows, and driving performance. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, providing regular reporting, facilitating team development through training, and ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong People Management and Training skills to effectively guide and develop team members.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving to enhance operations and processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and efficient exchanges with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in Operations Management to ensure smooth business functions and goal achievement.
  • Ability to lead in a hybrid work environment with a focus on achieving optimal team performance.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management or a related field is preferred.
