Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative. The role is based in Qesm El Maadi , with some flexibility for working from home. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and promoting suitable products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support expertise
- Proven Sales ability and a results-driven attitude
- Experience in Training or knowledge of sales training processes
- Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and problem-solving
- Prior experience in telecommunications or a similar field is a plus
- Good in English; additional language skills are an advantage
