**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representatives who are fluent in English (C1 level).

Key Responsibilities:
**Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services**

**Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions**

**Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets**

**Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress**

**Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies**

**Requirements**:
**Fluency in English at C1 level (spoken and written)**

**1-2 years of Telesales or customer service experience**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills**

**Sales-driven with the ability to work under pressure**
