Job Description:

  • Supervise all finishing works on site (painting, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works).
  • Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and architectural standards.
  • Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors and consultants to maintain quality execution.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and follow up on work schedules.
  • Inspect materials to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Participate in the final inspection and handover of completed works within project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in finishing works for residential or commercial projects.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
