Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Finishing Engineer. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating architectural finishing activities, managing projects to ensure timely and quality execution, collaborating with teams, and providing technical solutions during the construction process. The role also involves monitoring materials, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Architecture with knowledge of design principles and finishing specifications
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Construction practices to ensure project completion within time and budget
  • Experience in Architecture Engineering and structural understanding relevant to finishing projects
  • Excellent Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and teams
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
