Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a technical / Sales Engineer located in Small Industries Area, 3rd Settlement, New Cairo. The technical / Sales Engineer will be responsible for (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge and applications,

  • Reviewing preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project,

  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education,

  • Preparing and issuing necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.

  • Ensuring that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works,

  • Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues,

  • Producing quotations for customers in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner,

  • Recommending improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production,

  • Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations,

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region,

  • Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements,

  • Preparing reports for head office,

  • Meeting regular sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • BSC degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture),

  • 0-5 Years of experience in a related field (Civil, Architecture, Landscape),

  • Technical Office related software skills are required (Auto cad - 3D max - photo shop – MS Office & Mastering different drawing tools),

  • Excellent command of the English Language both written & spoken,

  • High teamwork skills,

  • Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,

  • Good verbal and written communication skills,

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs,

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks,

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity,

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks,

  • Priority for having a car and a valid driving license.

Working hours

  • 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday.
