Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate technical solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also work to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in Technical Sales in a relevant field
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and understand technical product specifications
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Experience in Sales activities, including lead generation and closing deals
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • Previous experience in industrial or automotive parts sectors is highly desirable
