About the Role

is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in B2B marketing to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns that drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on delivering measurable growth and maximizing ROI.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic platforms.

Build targeted strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads and drive conversions.

Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Performance Measurement & Analytics

Own end-to-end campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Define, monitor, and analyze key KPIs: CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, retention.

Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and optimize funnels.

Optimization & Growth

Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality and efficiency.

Develop retargeting, nurturing, and activation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitive tactics to enhance results.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work with analytics teams to develop dashboards and actionable insights.

Present performance reports, growth opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Partner with design and content teams to create compelling creatives and tailored messaging.


Required Qualifications

3–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, focusing on B2B acquisition and activation.

Hands-on expertise in multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms).

Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Metabase, etc.).

Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and marketing attribution models.

Experience designing and optimizing funnels for lead generation and activation.

Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and digital user journeys.

Excellent communication skills to translate performance insights into actionable strategies.
