Juzour Botanica is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand inspired by nature and powered by high-quality botanicals. Operating in Egypt and expanding globally, we are committed to delivering clean, effective, and science-backed beauty solutions.

We are now seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the brand's growth, strengthen digital and offline marketing performance, and contribute to our mission of transforming botanical beauty.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.


• Manage campaigns across digital channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Social Media).


• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, visuals, and product storytelling.


• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.


• Support product launches, marketing calendars, and promotional activities.


• Coordinate with PR, E-commerce, and social media teams to ensure integrated communication.


• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights reporting.


• Assist in planning offline activations, events, and brand partnerships.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


• 1–3 years of marketing experience (beauty, wellness, cosmetics, or FMCG is a strong plus).


• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and performance metrics.


• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Team player with attention to detail and passion for brand building.
