Catalyst is looking for a creative, organized, and client focused
Social Media Specialist
to join our team

Location: New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create enganing and relevant social media content tailored to each client's brand and audience ( captions, post ideas, content calender, briefs for designers)
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitors to adjust startegies accordingly
  • Coordinate with designers, media buyers, and copywriters to ensure content is aligned with campagin goals.
  • Track and report on content performance (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)
  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Act as the Account Manager for assigned clients including handling feedback, complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain daily communication with clients to follow up on performance, approvals, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media strategy
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Attention to deatils, time management, and the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
