Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and staying updated with emerging social media trends. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team, targeting audiences effectively, developing digital marketing campaigns, and fostering online engagement with MRSA's audience on multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, tailored for each platform.

  • Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure a proactive and innovative approach.

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Execute paid social media campaigns and optimize for performance and ROI.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media channels.

Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
