Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing the company's digital presence, and implementing effective social media marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing the performance metrics of campaigns, maintaining consistent brand voice, and collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with the ability to craft compelling posts and campaigns
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing, with an understanding of analytics and target audience engagement
  • Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with audiences and collaborate with team members
  • Detail-oriented, creative mindset, and ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
  • Prior experience in managing social media campaigns, especially in a business or agricultural setting, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
