We're hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our small team of A+ people and scale Shouf's online presence.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

We're looking for an individual with the right learning mindset who will work closely with the founding team to implement the marketing strategy and come up with new ways to reach more customers.

  • Design and execute
    marketing strategy across all paid channels. Have a clear methodology concerning customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage end-to-end
    Paid Social and Paid Search/PPC Campaigns.
  • Drive
    ROAS-focused growth

while achieving
profitability

.
- Understand customer needs and develop key strategies to increase demand while maintaining a low CAC
- Solve interesting technical problems.
 Bring your full creativity to solve super-challenging technical problems stemming from user behavior.

What we're looking for (qualifications)

You have experience creating effective Google Ads and this is not an area you have to ramp up on. Experience in Travel is a plus, but not a must. We are looking for someone that feels a sense of duty to the users of their work.

  • Highly productive while producing quality work.
     You enjoy pushing out Google Ads in a pragmatic and maintainable way. You know when to stop and assess and make changes.
  • Curious and quick learning.
     We don't expect you to have extensive marketing experience, but to learn and be productive quickly. Owning several repos and jumping into all of them doesn't scare you.
  • Strategic team member
    . You're at home brainstorming, spreading awareness about the brand, and continuously searching for new suppliers. You love challenges and are comfortable working within them.
