We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Valors, where creativity meets performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple markets.
• Analyze performance data to ensure campaigns meet ROI and growth targets.
• Conduct A/B testing, manage budgets, and refine targeting strategies for better conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop impactful ad creatives and copy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital marketing.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
Proven success in managing and scaling Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
