Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical BIM Engineer will create and coordinate mechanical BIM models and drawings for pools, spas, and water features. They will collaborate with design and multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations, support clash detection, and prepare accurate project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed mechanical BIM models and drawings for swimming pools, spas, water features, and related systems.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers and other disciplines to produce coordinated MEP models using Revit, ensuring adherence to project specifications and BIM standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate actively in design coordination meetings, identifying and resolving clashes or discrepancies in mechanical systems.
  • Support preparation and review of shop drawings, as-built documentation, and other project deliverables in alignment with company standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma, certification, or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field is a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in design consultancy or engineering firms.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows
    is a must.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems for pools, spas, and water features.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in English is
    a must.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools is a plus.
  • Experience with luxury pool, spa, or custom water feature projects is desirable.
