We are seeking a talented BIM Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specifically for fit-out and interior design projects. You will play a vital role in developing innovative mechanical systems and delivering high-quality BIM models that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mechanical designs using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and constructability

  • Conduct clash detection and provide resolutions

  • Create accurate mechanical models, layouts, and detailed drawings

  • Perform basic design calculations and system analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in BIM and mechanical design

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)

  • Previous experience in fit-out and interior design projects is preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
