Position Summary
The
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
oversees financial management, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring full compliance with
CMA and SAMA regulations
. The CFO will establish robust financial systems to support tokenized real estate and fintech-driven investment models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for digital investment operations.
  • Oversee accounting, auditing, budgeting, and capital adequacy systems.
  • Ensure segregation of client funds and compliance with CMA Client Money Rules.
  • Manage external audits and ensure IFRS-aligned reporting.
  • Liaise with CMA, SAMA, and auditors for regulatory filings.
  • Support the CEO and Board with strategic financial planning and governance.
  • Build a financial framework supporting fintech scalability and investor trust.

Regulatory & CMA Compliance

  • Responsible for compliance with CMA Capital Adequacy and Client Money Rules.
  • Ensures full adherence to IFRS, audit, and internal control requirements.
  • Maintains transparent financial systems for CMA authorization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years in finance, investment management, or fintech operations.
  • Experience with CMA and SAMA compliance and capital adequacy.
  • Required Certifications: CME-1A and CME-1B (exemptions apply for CFA Level I holders).
  • If not available, the company will sponsor the required CME certifications (as mandated by the CMA) before licensing.
