Qualifications

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and related tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
