Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Call Center Manager
to lead our customer service operations and ensure a seamless communication experience across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and deep customer-service insight—supported by extensive experience in call center management and frontline F&B/retail environments.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop call center teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations including call flow, service levels, and staffing schedules.
• Implement and optimize customer service standards, scripts, and quality assurance procedures.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Analyze performance data (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.) to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Develop training programs to enhance communication, product knowledge, and service skills.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management with actionable insights.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
•
10+ years of experience in call center operations
, including team leadership roles.
•
5+ years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or retail customer service
(mandatory).
• Strong command of CRM and call center systems (cloud call centers, IVR, ticketing systems).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
