About the Role:

The HR Business Partner's role is to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proven working experience in managing employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, international environment.
