Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a HR operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including duductions, overtime,and compliance with labor laws
  • Personnel management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and Confidentiality
  • Social insurance & Governmental entities: Manage relationship with social insurance operations (form and labor bureau and any other related entitles.
  • Medical Operations & benefits Administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits & laise with providers for smooth operations
  • onboarding & Off-Boarding Activites:Handle new joiners documents and exit formalities including clearance,final settlement and documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Compliance & documentation: ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies, prepare reports for audits and inspections
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquires, providing guiedince on policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Data Reporting: Generate periodic HR reports(headcount,turnover,payroll summaries) for management decision-making
  • Manage relationships with inurance providers, medical network, and payroll service vendors
  • Support HR Projects: Assist in HR Initiatives such as engagment programs,policy updates and system implementations
  • Conduct employees investigations when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Employee centric approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements
  • Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
  • 3-5 years in HR operations or payroll administration
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
