About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and professional
Patient Experience Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth patient journey, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain high satisfaction levels across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients throughout their visit.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle and document patient complaints and follow up for proper resolution.
- Monitor service quality in reception, clinics, and waiting areas.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
- Prepare reports and support patient-experience improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or customer care (experience in healthcare is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
