About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and professional
Patient Experience Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth patient journey, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain high satisfaction levels across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide patients throughout their visit.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle and document patient complaints and follow up for proper resolution.
  • Monitor service quality in reception, clinics, and waiting areas.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to improve patient flow and reduce waiting times.
  • Prepare reports and support patient-experience improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or customer care (experience in healthcare is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
