Job Summary
We are looking for a
Pharmacist
to join our
Customer Experience (CX)
team — someone passionate about patient care, communication, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service and medical guidance. The ideal candidate combines strong pharmaceutical knowledge with excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Act as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring their medical inquiries and needs are handled efficiently.
  • Provide accurate medical and product information to patients and coordinate with doctors and nutritionists as needed.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Support the CX team in handling medical complaints and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records and feedback reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, nurses, and sales) to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on products, services, and communication best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in patient care, clinic operations, or customer service is a plus
  • Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
