Job Summary

The Entrepreneurship Programs Specialist will lead the entrepreneur support components in multiple programs by helping in setting the strategic direction, performing business development activities and building relevant business relations, claiming an active role in the design and implementation of the programs, scouting for diverse trainers and mentors and communicating with startups.

Job Duties include

  • Organizing entrepreneurship support programs & capacity building activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Developing budgets and operating plans for programs.
  • Analyzing programs risks.
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure programs' goals are achieved.
  • Building evaluation mechanisms to assess programs' strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and nurturing a broad and diverse network of experts, trainers and mentors
  • Coaching entrepreneurs and startups to prepare them for meeting investors and pitching activities
  • Coordinating on-ground entrepreneurship events and campaigns
  • Reporting and documenting accurately and timely the program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Providing business development support activities and liaising partnerships supporting the company's offered entrepreneurial services
  • Performing research on the existing entrepreneurial ecosystem and identifying the gaps to offer the appropriate services through the company programs
  • Preparing & writing proposals to apply for relevant funds

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or entrepreneurship
  • Masters of business administration is a plus
  • PMP certificate is a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced environments within technology, startups and social entrepreneurship
  • Experience is the creative industries is a plus
  • Comfortable with minimal amount of direction and high expectations
  • Developed a diverse network
  • Has entrepreneurial empathy
